Summer Intensive
This 200-hour entirely in-person intensive program is designed for people in transition or who have a month in the summer to go deep.
Spend your July training with us. Come out on the other side not just as a yoga teacher but with renewed confidence, intention, and structure.

Six Month Hybrid Program
Longer form, this 250-hour training gives you the best of both worlds.
Over a 6-month period, you will watch prerecorded lectures on anatomy, philosophy, and energy. Live stream weekly posture clinics, and zoom in on a monthly book club along with prompted home practices and 3 classes per week.
At the same time, you will participate in weekly in person implementation sessions, and application one weekend per month.
